IQsuites offers you 60 m2 large suites with your own private relaxation area. Here you'll experience the contrast between the modern and the cozy 1880 brick building.

The suites have a fully equipped kitchen that includes a Nespresso machine.

Begin your day with an espresso in the garden, enjoy music in the hot tub, watch a 3D movie in the bedroom or why not brush your teeth in front of a mirror tv in the bathroom. Of course there is WI-FI too.

If you are not attracted to the spa concept there is a beautiful 80 m2 apartment with open plan, 6 meter high ceilings and a fireplace as a soothing alternative.

Equally good for an overnight stay as an extended stay. Both for business people and private people, if you are a single traveler or couples.

We are located in the most charming part of Gothenburg, Annedal, walking distance from the Avenyn, Linnégatan, Haga, Chalmers University, Sahlgrenska hospital and Handelshögskolan (University of Economics)

You're just a few steps away from supermarkets, bank, restaurants and cafes. 

If you do not which to walk, there are trams and bikes around the corner.

Information about IQsuites Hotel / Apartments

Maximum two persons are allowed in the suite. Minimum age is 21 years. Payment can be made by card, cash and through bank transfer.

Bookings must be guaranteed with an approved credit card number and expiration date.
